Pricing questions
What counts as a credit?
One credit = one product action. Identifying a visitor, enriching a contact, drafting a message, or firing a trigger all consume credits at the rates shown in the table above — from 1 credit for a company-level ID up to 30 for a lookalike batch.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Your monthly pool flips to pay-as-you-go at $0.15 / credit so the agents keep running. You can cap overages in Settings → Plan & billing if you want a hard stop.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
How are seats counted?
A seat is an active user — someone who opens the dashboard or receives agent-drafted messages. Silent Slack/email alert recipients are free.
Do annual plans have a discount?
Yes — roughly 40% off the platform fee, 20% off per-credit costs, and unlimited credit rollover within the 12-month term.
